All I can think during this episode is how similar Blackwargreymon is to Mewtwo. So much though.
Both are a dark version of another digimon/pokemon
Both were created inorganically rather than being born
Both experience emotional turmoil and personal doubt because of this fact
Both deep down long for friendship and approval
Both are taught by the small and good versions of themself what having a heart means and that it doesn’t matter where you come from, but what you do with the life you were given.
Basically they are a very similar plot line, and equally philosophical. I love them both. I LOVE DIGIMON AND POKEMON
Seriously, anyone who claims one is good and one is bad CLEARLY didn’t watch both as a child. Any kid who enjoyed one, would totally dig the other as well.
