I’m still figuring out a few things in Manga Studio but I decided to give the monochromatic style a shot. It doesn’t have any shading, I know, but I’m getting there. XD I thought I’d take a sketch I finished and rework it to look like a manga panel.
Veriot here was adopted by Cae and during his time with her family, he formed a very close bond with her eldest son, Maeth. So much in fact that he sort of took Maeth’s twin’s place at his side. The two grew up sparring and getting into trouble, so when Maeth took the throne his father left behind, Veriot was all too happy to join him. He’s now become his quiet right hand, doing a lot of the dirty work for his brother. I can just see him getting into trouble with an authority figure and pulling this stunt. XD
