I don’t think you’ll hear anyone say, “It’s not really an elephant/dolphin. It’s just tissue.”
But sadly that’s what some people say about humans at this stage of life.But if you want to go by the “it’s just tissue,” we’re all blobs of tissue; biology clearly states that humans are made up of a mass of cells.
